This cross-sectional study evaluated respiratory symptoms and lung function in individuals who smoked tobacco cigarettes (branded ± 'roll your own' [n=199]), as compared with individuals who smoked cannabis ± tobacco cigarettes (n=210). As part of the study, ventilatory capacity was assessed using the Vitalograph Alpha spirometer.
