Regular exercise improves asthma control in adults: A randomized controlled trial

This was a randomized controlled trial designed to evaluate if exercise intervention improved disease control in 164 adult patients with mild or moderate asthma. The primary outcome was asthma control (measured using the ACT), asthma-related symptoms, and PEF variability. PEF was measured using the Vitalograph Asma-1 electronic respiratory monitor.
