Spirotrac,PneumotracThis study examined to what extent aging phenotypes were associated with ApoE e2e3 and e2e2 in 379,703 adults aged 40–70 years who were enrolled in the UK Biobank. Physical examinations included measurement of lung function (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) using a Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
