Pharmacological effects of oral vitamin D intake on pulmonary function Test and Interleukin-17 in adult asthmatic patients in Karachi

This study was undertaken to observe the therapeutic effects of vitamin D in 50 asthmatic adults in Karachi, Pakistan. Pulmonary function endpoints included FEV1 and FVC, and were measured using a Vitalograph COMPACT spirometer.
