This prospective cohort study evaluated the relationship between insomnia, lung function, and mortality in patients with asthma, using data from 37,250 individuals enrolled in the UK Biobank. Lung function outcomes included FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio, and PEF, which were was measured using a Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
