This study examined the relationship between lung function and anthropometric, sociodemographic, and exposure variables in various populations, with the aim of informing the development of personalized lung function equations. The analysis set included lung function data (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio) from 156,526 individuals enrolled in the UK Biobank, who underwent spirometric testing using the Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
