Effect of duration of exposure to vapors and gases on respiratory symptoms and pulmonary function test of females

This study examined how the duration of exposure to fumes, gases, and chemical vapors affected lung function in 174 females in Azzawia City, Libya. Lung function parameters (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC ratio, PEF) were measured using a Vitalograph spirometer.
