Gene–occupational exposure interactions in small airways obstruction in the UK Biobank: A cross-sectional study

This study used data from 147,317 adults enrolled in the UK Biobank to perform a genome-wide association analysis identifying genetic variants associated with small airways obstruction. The analysis used pre-bronchodilator FEV3 and FEV6 measurements collected at the UK Biobank baseline assessment using a Vitalograph Pneumotrac spirometer.
