Impact of a digital inhalation coach on inhalation errors and asthma control

This post hoc analysis examined the effect of a digital inhalation coach on inhalation technique and clinical endpoints in 78 patients with uncontrolled moderate-to-severe type-2 asthma who participated in a Phase 2 randomized controlled trial of a nebulized GATA-3 inhibitor. Clinical endpoints included PEF, which was measured in the morning and evening prior to medication intake using the Vitalograph Asmaplan peak flow meter.
