Huff and puff Repeatability of serial home PEF & FEV1 recording in a pharmaceutical trial

This study evaluated the repeatability of domiciliary morning PEF and FEV1 recordings when using the Vitalograph In2itive e-Diary in 943 adult patients with persistent asthma who were enrolled in a multicenter, double blind, randomized trial. A total of 113,098 domiciliary morning sessions were recorded. At each clinic visit, the diary data were downloaded and analyzed using Spirotrac software.
