Can CAPTURE be used to identify undiagnosed patients with mild-to-moderate COPD likely to benefit from treatment?

This study evaluated the ability of the COPD Assessment in Primary Care To Identify Undiagnosed Respiratory Disease and Exacerbation Risk (CAPTURE) tool to identify symptomatic patients with mild-to-moderate COPD (ie a FEV1 60%–80% predicted). PEF was measured using a Vitalograph AsmaPlan peak flow meter.
