Handheld flow meter improves COPD detectability regardless of using a conventional questionnaire: A split-sample validation study

This study aimed to identify the benefit of using an handheld flow meter for COPD screening in 2008 adults who attended public health centers in Isumi City, Japan. Endpoints included FEV1 and FEV6, which were obtained using the Vitalograph COPD-6 device.
